While the dilemma for grandparents has existed for ages, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren was established in 2019.  This group is intended to support and equip not just grandparents but any extended family member caring as primary caregiver for minors.

Monthly meetings are hosted with the intention of supporting grandparents as well as helping respond to identified needs of the group.  Presenters from across Pennsylvania and Westmoreland County are brought in to equip our families with information and resources.
